Researches in the past have shown that more than 40% of smokers are inclined to have at least one mental health concern, and thus are more likely to pick up the habit of smoking. It is not surprising this big number because you know of the nicotine effects on the smoker’s body, and that this drug can act as mood stabilizer on people during their state of anxiety and depression and can lift their mood at least for a short period of time.

There is a recent study that vapers are at a much lower risk of conditions like heart disease, stroke and cancer, even if there is still nicotine in vaping.
